Master plan

Focusing on privacy, the master plan features only 13 exclusive units set around a large communal garden where residents can enjoy the tropical climate and scenery of Koh Samui. The communal gardens provide a beautiful area for residents to enjoy and they also enhance the privacy and security for residents and their guests.

Each of the villas has been allocated its own plot of land encompassing their own private swimming pool and sun terrace. The development has private and communal parking. The land title deed (Chanote) can either be leased to a foreign individual or owned directly by a Thai national or a Thai limited company.

Ground Floor Plan

The typical layout within the villa features a large open plan living area, fully fitted western kitchen, dining area and downstairs guest toilet/bathroom. From the living area, there are large patio doors that provide an abundance of natural light and lead to the sun terrace, private pool and outdoor shower. From the sun terrace/garden, access is gained to the communal gardens.

1st Floor Plan

On the first floor of each unit type there is a large master size bedroom with ensuite bathroom and balcony. There is a 2nd double bedroom which has a balcony, and a 3rd double bedroom. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms share a family bathroom.

2nd Floor Plan

Tasanee villas feature a second floor, half of which is a beautiful sun terrace where you can take in the amazing views of the sea and surrounding tropical landscape featuring the Big Buddha, Ban Plai Laem Temple, lush tropical mountains and amazing sunset views. The other half is built up and under roof and can serve as a fourth bedroom with ensuite or an entertaining area and reception room. The choice is yours.

Additional information

The living room and each of the bedrooms are fitted with air-conditioning as standard. The kitchen is a fully fitted western kitchen with an island and oven hob and hood included.
Complete furniture packages are also available and alterations to meet your personal requirements and preferences can be discussed and included accordingly, subject to feasibility.
